        近年来,MSI技术在医学、药学、生物学等领域获得了极大的关注。然而,现有质谱成像技术仅能对同一平面中的样品进行质谱成像分析,要想获得三维空间信息,则只能依靠图像的三维重建技术和数据归一化处理来实现,极为耗时。
